We do not offer refunds on any of our services. Because our services are tailored to the specific needs of a customer, it is difficult to return money for work already done.
With that in mind, we do assist customers with a Payment Schedule that does not require 100% up front payment. If you request a refund within the 10 days of purchase, we will refund you your monies minus any time spent on project or expenses incurred by Razorlight Media. Our time will then be calculated at an hourly rate of $75 per hour. Razorlight Media cannot refund any money on licenses, software, or plugins that are not refundable to Razorlight Media.
