In the above comment I left out the word "return": I had to press the return key 2-3 times after the final sentence of the paragraph for the post to appear normal with just one blank line in between paragraphs.

I don't see any posts on spacing so I am commenting here. In my blog post today, WordPress ran my paragraphs together. In order for the post to appear normal with a blank line in between paragraphs, in the draft itself I had to press two or three times after the final sentence of a paragraph. The final display of the post seemed to vary, too; on one proofread it appeared correct and on another proofread extra spaces appeared.

On a potentially related note, when I used Microsoft Word to underline text and paste it into WP (I couldn't find underline in WP itself), the text size/font changed for the rest of the post. I had to paste the whole thing into MS Word, standardize it with regard to size/font, and then paste it back into WP. I think this is where the paragraph spacing got screwed up. Any insights?

Thanks for the time you have spent doing this for us newbies! It's been very helpful.
