News over at Webisee is Microsoft will be releasing Windows 7 Beta for free download to the first 2.5 million people beginning Jan. 9th, PST.
Windows 7 is said to have significant improvements over Windows Vista, including faster performance, better device management, and of course, a slick, however only slightly changed, GUI.
If you don’t want to mess up your current system, you can install Windows 7 using Microsoft Virtual PC, which can emulate a entirely separate computer within your current Windows setup. Pretty slick and it’s totally free. Get Virtual PC 2007 here.
Webisee’s article also has a brief rundown for using VirtualBox, which is basically the same thing as Virtual PC.

hey ppl can u sand me on my email the setup windows seven
please….
thnx..
god bless u man!!!
THANK YOU I HOPE IT WORKS
I’ve read on many blogs that the install process of win 7 would have been faster, but I didn’t really noticed any improvement on it; especially if compared to vista. It takes 35minutes on fast machines and 1hour in slow ones.
